Practical Actions to Support the Charter

 

* Contribute to the financial sustainability of the club

a. $25 of each annual RF subscription goes to the club as payment on the RF member's behalf for their club membership
b. RF funds such awards as Redlow Medal, Marsden Medal, Life Memberships, Centurions, Hall of Fame and others as appropriate
c. RF sponsors a major club initiative each year
d. RF facilitates the Player Sponsorship program from 2009
e. Other

 * Promote and celebrate the ongoing history and spirit of the club

a. RF provides a History Committee for the club
b. RF website includes full statistical history of the club
c. RF website includes comprehensive profiles of award winners and milestones
d. RF facilitates reunions of past players and officials
e. RF plays a major role in the annual Redlow event
f. RF conducts an Annual Dinner
g. RF creates special sides to celebrate the diversity and humour of the Reds

 * Create and maintain a virtual Reds community

a. Use the RF website as a communication tool in terms of email and chatroom/forum
b. Maintain a regular subscribed RF Update
c. Continue to build the data base of Past Players and Officials

a. Develop a profile of all RF members
b. Identify club needs in regard to networking, mentoring and general member support
